2. Need to recruit 3 good candidates for below locations, Thane, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Shanta Kunj, Goregaon, Borivali

3. Candidate will have to visit Ujjivan Bank Branch and educate the customer about Banking services (ATM, Cheque, Netbanking) and Product (Saving Ac, Current Ac, Loan)

4. This is going to be a trainer profile where the candidate would be responsible for Social Work.

5. Salary - 15K CTC(Net Take Home-12200), Other benefits - PF, ESIC, Actual traveling conveyance, Mobile Recharge.

6. Candidate must have Bike for traveling.

7. Need only male candidates as traveling required.

8. It is not a sales job, rather pure banking trainer profile to educate the customers & branch employees.

Job description:

• Full-time Trainer – Diksha (Financial Literacy Program) Roll out in branches.
• Responsible for documentation of the Diksha Program – Including data collection from the customer.
• Should also record and furnish the feedback from the customers on FLP.
• Assist Service Quality team in executing various projects and surveys at branch and field level.
• The Job profile will also include travel to different training locations.

Skills:

•  Attitude – should have a passion and desire towards Training and sharing knowledge.
•  Interpersonal Skills & Teamwork – FLP trainer requires working closely with Branch members and end customers.
• Ability to train the customers, who are uneducated – lacks basic education.
