Job Description:

 Participate in Gap Analysis of current processes per Industry standards / Quality Models

 Participate in Process Definition/enhancements in accordance with Industry standards and their release in QMS

 As an SQA, guide projects in building up quality awareness and ensuring completion of Project Plans and required facilitation from Project Initiation

 Assist projects in tailoring its standard process using the process asset library

 Assist projects in defining metrics goals and review of the Project Plans during the Project Start-up phase

 On-going support to the project such as monitoring quality control activities, ensuring process compliance, conducting metrics & SQA reviews and reporting to Senior Management at Capgemini

 Conduct statistical analysis and inferences as outcomes

 Participation in comprehensive reviews and internal quality audits for projects

 Identify best practices & process improvement suggestions during QA support and submit the same to SEPG

 Participation in preparation of organizational Process Capability Baselines (PCBs)

 Conduct closure Audits and capturing lessons learned from projects

Skills –

 The resource should have a sound understanding of Quality Assurance and prior experience on these topics will be beneficial

 Good Knowledge & experience with Standards – ISO 9001, ISO 20000, CMMI & SSAE 16 / 18 and Lean Six Sigma
 Hands-on/experience of statistical analysis and simulation tools (Excel,SigmaXL, Crystal Ball, etc)
 Good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Tableau and reporting tools
 Analytical Skills
 Good Communication Skills – Both oral and written
