Job Description:
- Administering and Supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Enterprise mobility management (EMM) infrastructure platforms including MobileIron/AirWatch/IBM MaaS360.
- Assisting clients to plan, build, deploy and manage Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Enterprise mobility management (EMM) infrastructure in Mobile Iron/AirWatch/IBM MaaS360 Platforms.
- Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution presently in place while making suggestions and adjustments for future needs.
- Plan, create and deploy security and device management policies.
- Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in the ticketing system (Remedy Tool) in support of the incident and problem management process, recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected response time.
- Resolve escalations from Level 1 team and handle client support requests as well as take ownership of product issues and ensuring closure is achieved.
- Troubleshoot client's Level 1 and 2 issues related to MDM/EMM (server specific as well as end-user device issues), and escalate it to Vendors Mobile Iron/AirWatch/IBM MaaS360 if required for further troubleshooting.
- Training will be given to all freshers
