Following is the JD for Sales Counselor:
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Achieving Enrolment as well as Revenue targets for the courses assigned.
- To counsel the students and ensuring good conversion for courses allocated.
- Follow up on the data provided by the marketing team.
- Understand customer requirement and be able to position the right product.
- Reporting no of calls per day, conversion, collection made and updating the MIS.
- Responsible for operational process/co-ordination of courses assigned.
- Maintain relation with students for references
Desired Profile
- Effective communication and 100% conversion ability
- Effective team player
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill
- Persuasive, hardworking and ability to close the sales
- Ability to meet the target with timeline.
- Prior experience with education industry is desirable
