1. Service Delivery Executive- HR

Qualification Required:

ANY GRADUATE ( BE students not Eligible)

As a Service Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Regular tracking of HR Queries from employees and closing the same within desired timeline as per the defined SLA
• Responsible For Timely Escalation of anomalies so that further action is taken
• Facilitation of smooth service delivery of In scope HR Processes (Onboarding)
• Ensuring process compliance is achieved
• Adhere to the process guidelines published and amended from time to time

Start Date: At the earliest
Shift: Flexible – Project Specific
Probation: 2 months
Salary (CTC): 2.15 L per annum* (approximate take home – 13K PM)
Location: Pune

2.Service Delivery Executive- Payroll

Qualification Required:

ANY GRADUATE ( BE students not Eligible)

As a Service Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for entire payroll + Reimbursement inputs
• Ensure to capture the payroll inputs as per the HR policies & Benefits policies for employees
• QC validation / Reconciliation on payroll inputs
• Ensuring Data security compliance of the team

Start Date: At the earliest
Shift: Flexible – Project Specific
Probation: 2 months
Salary (CTC): 2.15 L per annum* (approximate take home – 13K PM)
Location: Pune
