We are looking for smart individuals (Male Students) who are graduates in either IT/ CS/ EXTC (2017 & 2018). They should be interested in IT hardware & managed services & inclined towards making a future in this field. One of the most important pre-requisites is that they should have excellent communication skills as they would be required to communicate with our US clients.

Eligibility criteria:  

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation – B.Sc/ BCA/ B.E (Information Technology, Computer Science) 
• If a BA/ B.Com/ B.E (Electronics & Communication) graduate, the candidate must have done MCSA/ CCNA course/ certification 
• % criteria: Open criteria 

Position Offered: System Associate (Male candidates only)

CTC – 2.1 Lac Per Annum

Bond: We get a service agreement of 18 months signed by candidates on the day of joining, against which we also take the Original Documents (Marksheets from 10th till Graduation).

Job Description for System Associate:

• Prepare daily client infrastructure checklist
• Work on process-oriented ticketing & monitoring tools to track all incidents till closure 
• Co-ordinate with US clientele to resolve their IT related queries & issues 
• Work in cohesion with all team members
• Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent written & spoken English communication 
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, Work Experience: 0 – 12 months
