Position:

IT Recruiter - Trainee (APAC/UK/Europe/Swiss) & IT Recruiter - Trainee (USA)

Work Location:

Andheri East (Mumbai)

Salary: 16,000 per month

Degree Qualification:

• BSc (IT / CS), MSc (IT / CS)
• BE (CS / IT), ME (CS / IT) 
• BCA, MCA

Year of Passing:

• 2019, 2018, 2017,2016

Shift Timings:

• UK IT Recruiter : 1.00pm to 9.00pm
• Apac IT Recruiter : 7.00am to 4.00pm
• US IT Recruiter : 6.30pm to 3.30am

Working Days:

• Apac Department: Monday to Saturday
• UK Department: Monday to Saturday
• US Department: Monday to Friday

Job Description: 

• Decent Knowledge of IT skills
• Should have good communication and convincing skills
• Should have the ability to deliver results under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and Team skills
• Down to Earth attitude

Training will be provided at our Andheri (E) Mumbai office which would enhance their career and growth in these international arenas.

Selection Process:

1. Aptitude test
2. F2F round(Face-to-Face)
3. Technical round
4. Management review

Please Note:

• Accommodation would be provided by the Company in Mumbai
• The Original documents would be kept with the company for 18 months after which the same would be returned back to the candidate.
• Rs 2000 per month would be deducted for training expenses for 1st 6 months till they complete probation after which there would be no deduction for this amount.
• Once they complete 18 months with the company, whatever amount was deducted towards their training expenses (Rs 2000 per month) would be refunded back to them as a courtesy for completing 18 months with the Company.
• The original documents would be returned once they complete 18 months with the Company.
• All of the above would be given to the candidate in writing on the Company letterhead signed and accepted by both the parties.
