Basic Requirements: 

• IT background (BE, B.Sc IT, M.Sc, BCA, MCA) or Non-IT background with GNIIT, ANIIT certification. Cleared your graduation in the first attempt 
• IT skills like .NET, Java, OOPS concepts. 
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix & RDBMS is mandatory 
• Functional and general concept of Supply chain and/or ERP is good to have
• Good spoken & written English skills
• Willing to learn Progress language and QAD products
• Preferably residing in the Western Suburbs, with a family in Mumbai and having a permanent residence in Mumbai
• Can be a fresher or having up to 2 years of work experience willing to join as an Intern 

Fresh Graduate Program: 

1. Graduate Program for 6 months 
2. Learns  QAD and Progress products
3. Learns QAD processes and procedures
4. Full-time employment with QAD for those who successfully complete the Graduate Program at the end of 6 months 

Screening Levels: 

1. Tests: Online Technical test, Online Assessment (English language, Analytical and Logical Skills) - At VIVA Institute of Technology
2. Technical interview (Personal at QAD premise)
3. HR interview (Personal at QAD premise)
4. Final interview (Personal at QAD premise) 

Other details: 

• Job Location: Goregaon (West), Mumbai
• Monthly Stipend during the internship: Rs. 18300 per month for 6 months.  
• 3.00 LPA after 6 months

Trainings during the internship:

• Soft Skills
• Basics of QAD Products & Business functions
• Progress technical training
• QAD Global Process training
• QAD Products - Basics of Distribution, Finance and Manufacturing domain areas. 

Role: (Maintenance Support Team): 

• 1-month classroom training followed by on the job training
• Analysis of assigned technical incidents related to core products post training
• Later assigned more complex issues under the supervision of a senior resource
• Providing fixes to issues in the core product
• Testing and Quality Assurance 

Full-Time Employment with QAD for those who successfully complete 6 months of Graduate Program
