We are hiring Fresher’s as well but educational background should be in technical BE, BTech, Bsc IT, BCS.

Undergraduate with at least 1 year of technical experience can also apply

Salary range – 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA

Knowledge

1. Basic understanding of Active directory
2. Overall understanding of Networking concept, DNS, Routing, DHCP, firewall, load balancers and other networking hardware’s
3. Basic understanding of window servers, cloud computing.
4. Basic understanding of MS Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, CRM, Azure, OSUB, concierge, Yammer, One drive
5. Basic understanding of networking, IIS, SQL, OS, O365

Skill

1. Interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal. Good command of (target) language for professional level communication with the customers
2. Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other organizations at a peer level, while also being able to assess a customer’s level of technical knowledge and communicate at the appropriate level
3. Proficiency in Technical writing and documentation (to be verified by written assessment administered by the Supplier) to be able to communicate with premier partners, Suppliers, service operations center and various Microsoft groups via electronic correspondence or telephone.
4. Strong comprehension skills and phone etiquette, with the ability to assess the most effective media source to best resolve the customer’s issue

        Important highlights of the Job

• You shall get an opportunity to work for a corporate having state of art offices and campus
• You shall be willing to work in night shifts as the clientele is completely UK/US.
• There shall be two week- offs every week(might not be necessarily a Sat/Sun off.
• Pickups and drops will be provided by the company(Security guards are provided in every cab leaving the offices premises after 8pm.
