We are looking for a Senior Software developer who will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching. 

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from planning through implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment, all the way to monitoring. 
• Troubleshoot and debug applications. 
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand software requirements and develop technical specification documents
• Plan and manage projects, including timing estimates, and ensure deadlines are met
• Train users on current software applications when required
• Development of new business and involvement in selling project
• Provide guidance and assistance to more junior colleagues

Skills Required 

• Solid understanding of the underlying technologies that power fast, safe, and rich web experiences, from HTTP to SSL to WebSockets, and especially API principles like rate limiting, caching, streaming,
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to people at all levels
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {{such as Codeignitor, WordPress, Drupal and Magneto etc. depending on your technology stack}} 
• Responsible and comfortable working within tight deadlines
• Willing to contribute and integrate with the existing people and skills set
