Job Description:-
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Help Process engineer during process trials.
- Should have the knowledge of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc
- Online inspection of the glove and escalate the issue to the supervisor if any.
- Maintain daily production, batch records and process report
- Maintain inventory of production materials.
- Package finished products.
- Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors.
- Ensure the safety work in workplace
- Knowledge of Start-up and shut down of processing equipment.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Participate in daily JH and participate in TPM circle activities
- Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
- Provide training and support to the helpers
- Select cleaning materials, tools, or equipment.
- Ensure production activities comply with environmental regulations or standards.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
- Collect hazardous or non-hazardous waste in correctly labeled barrels or other containers and transfer them to Scrap Yard
