Basic Requirements

1.           IT background – BE (Comp/ IT/Extc), BSc, M.Sc, MCA or equivalent qualifications
2.       2017 OR 2016 PASS-OUTS ONLY (NO PERCENTAGE CRITERIA) 
3.           Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix & RDBMS is mandatory
4.           Functional and general concepts of Supply chain and/or ERP is good to have
5.           Should be ready to work in shifts 
6.           Good spoken & written English skills
7.           Willing to learn Progress RDBMS  and QAD products
8.       Preferably residing in the Western Suburbs, with a family in Mumbai and having a permanent residence in Mumbai
9.          Can be a fresher or having up to 2 years of work experience willing to join as an Intern 

Internship Program

1. Internship for 6 months

2. Learns QAD and Progress products (Progress is a new language that QAD uses for its products)

3. Learns QAD processes and procedures

4. Full-time employment with QAD for those who successfully complete internship at the end of 6 months  

Screening Levels

1. Tests: Online Technical test, Online Assessment (English language, Analytical and Logical Skills) & Essay test (not online)

2. Technical interview (Personal at QAD premise)

3. HR interview (Personal at QAD premise)

4. Final interview (Personal at QAD premise)

Monthly Stipend during internship: Rs. 18300 per month for 6 months.

 Detailed Progress technical and database administration training 

 Detailed QAD products technical training 

 QAD Global Process training & QAD Cloud processes and procedure training 

Role: (Maintenance Team) - TESTING

 Executing of Manual & Automated Test Cases after Product and Tools Training. 

 Developing New Scripts under the Supervision of a Senior Resource. 

 Analysis of Defects Found During Testing. 

 Participate in the Patch Release Management
