Job Description • Resolving helpdesk service calls using documented procedures & Troubleshooting taught.
• Support IT staff members on support work.
• Manage Help Desk responsibility to maintain 1275 and more Reliance Petrol pump sites in PAN India
• Handle routine Help Desk calls to ensure timely resolution
• Attend help desk calls in-person and through email, phone & Remote.
• Answer help desk lines and troubleshoot through remotely.
• Handle Help Desk ticketing system & updates.
• Attend support calls, walk-up customers and trouble shoot for first level technical support.
• Solve routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority.
• Input problems and resolutions into standardized company support center application.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information.
• Develop and manage internal and external support documentation.

Excellent communication skills
Thorough technical knowledge.
Should enjoy traveling.
